Coffee Tasting: Coffee in Color

This class is inspired by Sensory Synesthesia, a condition that involves the intersection of human senses. In this class we will taste coffees, free from any bias by knowing their origins, roast level, or packaging. After tasting each coffee, guests will illustrate on their provided card how and what each coffee made you feel as you drank it. There are no right or wrong answers in this class, it is completely suggestive. The aim here is to reframe how you view taste and flavor. By approaching flavor as a visual concept, it can be interesting to see how different people react to different coffees and observe trends that may emerge.
