About this Event
This is the final cupping of our Dublin Coffee Festival warm-up week — perfectly timed the day before DCF begins (Industry Day is April 10, with public days from April 11). If you want to go into festival week with your palate switched on and your reference points sharp, this is the session to attend.
We’ll be showcasing Wilder Lazo’s new harvest at Indigo & Cloth with a carefully selected table of his standout coffees: vibrant Gesha and Sidra lots, plus a rare Ethiopian Sidamo grown on his family farm. But the centrepiece of the night is Maragesha — a scarce coffee that only a small number of roasteries get access to, and one of the clearest expressions of Wilder’s precision with genetics and processing.
This cupping is designed to be intimate and properly paced. With only 20 seats, we can take the time to compare cups, discuss what’s driving the flavour, and let the coffees speak for themselves — no rush, no noise, just a serious tasting experience with great people.
Tickets are limited — book your seat now and join us for the perfect warm-up before DCF week kicks off.
