Join us for a very special session with Ashley Whelan, Head Judge for US Coffee in Good Spirits and Director of Coffee for Loycal Coffee and Fort Collins Coffee Collective at Wobble HiFi on July 26th, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Get ready to learn all about sesory science and the dynamics at play when tasting coffee intentionally. Have you ever wondered how the heck you're supposed to taste the notes on the bag, or what mouthfeel even is? This event is for you!

Our events are part tasting, part social hour, part class. This one is a little different than our usual events, special guest Ashley Whelan will lead us through a sensory workshop featuring Loyal Coffee coffees! We'll learn all about how to analyze and describe flavors, aromas, and textures in coffee and you'll leave knowing a bit more about what YOU like in coffee.
