Explore how our air connects humans, animals and the environment, and why a One Health approach can help tackle society's biggest challenges
About this Event

One Health is a collaborative approach that recognises and builds on the deep interconnections between human, animal, plant, and environmental health. The air we breathe is a powerful example of this - it is shaped by the health of our environment, influenced by human activity and shared with animals and ecosystems.

As part of One Health Festival 2027, join us at Humanarium as we explore how something as ordinary as a breath reveals the extraordinary connections in the world around us. Discover how a One Health lens can help address some of society's greatest challenges, from infectious diseases and antimicrobial resistance to climate change, biodiversity and environmental sustainability.

This event includes:

• A guided tour of Humanarium's latest exhibition, Breathe

• A coffee with a One Health story of its own

• An opportunity to meet and chat with our researchers, discover their work, and find out why a One Health approach is increasingly important for addressing today's biggest health and societal challenges.
