Renew Coffee will be setup serving specialty espresso drinks, cold brew, chai, & more!

This is a body weight fitness class so no equipment necessary. Bring a mat if you would like! We will have upbeat music and show you ways to move your body that feel good! Combining love for yoga and calisthenics, this class will leave you feeling strong and refreshed!

Whether you are just starting out your fitness journey or have been in it for a while, this class is for everyone! Modifications will be provided for both beginners and advanced.

We will enjoy being outdoors with community afterwards so bring a friend!
