Join us the second Thursday of every month for Stroller Strides @ 9:30am at Butterfly Coffee! Come for the workout then stay and play after with coffee and an amazing playground for the kids.
Stroller Strides is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.
Bring your little ones or come by your self - moms of all ages and stages are welcome. Little ones under 5 must be in a stroller or baby carrier throughout class - we keep them entertained!
Your first class is always free, so join us for some cardio, strength, mama community, and of course coffee!
