Coffee, Calm, and Craft

Grab your favorite warm beverage and join the Creative Health Collective for a morning of slowness and intentional reconnection. This is a space for us to connect with nature, release our Sunday scaries, and embody our sense of selves through creativity and connection. We open up the space with breathwork, some light stretching, and meditation. We then transition into reflective journaling about intentions and what calm means for us. Finally, we create affirmation cards that reflect the calm we hope to embody in our daily lives.

You do not have to consider yourself an artist or creative to participate! No art experience is necessary.

This offering is Pay-What-You-Can. Donations are always welcome to continue sustaining the CHC through art supplies, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds!
