Think of this 8 week series like a Yoga Bootcamp for Beginners. You'll learn:
The science behind how breathing, meditation and yoga work;
How to practice different forms of breathing, moving, and meditating,
How to apply these tools everyday to relieve stress, navigate triggers, build strength, and improve mobility.
You're welcome to join the classes that best fit your schedule & interests. Suggested that participants attend all 8 weeks, but not necessary

Support your physical & mental health with mindful breath. movement, and meditation practices
Each class begins with a short grounding practice and introduction to the week’s theme. Followed by a movement practice where you will breathe & move to build strength, stability, & awareness.
The class will end with time for reflection and stillness.
No experience required. We welcome everyone!
