Join us for a relaxing morning of coffee and yoga to kickstart your day!Join us for "Coffee & Yoga," a soothing, community-focused event led by Divayogi, Michelle Stafford and Maurice Carroll. This free/donation-based series offers a peaceful space for individuals to unwind, connect, and experience the healing power of yoga and sound therapy.
Designed to be beginner-friendly, the class emphasizes breathwork and relaxation, with a sound healing component to enhance your experience. After the 60-minute session, you are invited to walk over to Black Acres Coffee Shop, a local Black-owned coffee roaster, where you can enjoy a special discount on your coffee/tea purchase and continue the conversation in a supportive environment. Purchase of a drink is not reqiured in order to participate.
Throughout September, in recognition of Suicide Awareness Month, we aim to create a safe and welcoming space for all. While the class is free, donations are appreciated. Yoga mats will be on site, but bringing your own mat and blanket is encouraged.
Join us on Thursdays in September at 10 AM to find peace, connect with others, and enjoy a cup of coffee as we build community together.
