On Monday 13th April at 9:30 I am holding the first (of what I hope will be many 🙏🏻 ) Coffee & Wellness mornings for parents and carers who need a breather 🙃
Come and enjoy a cuppa, REAL conversation, and a supportive space where you can just BE.
Each week includes a short, guided session sharing simple tools to help you feel calmer, cope better, and take care of yourself in the middle of real life, and you'll leave with something you can actually use 🙂💞
