This program is open to the community, particularly Parents of Children and Adults with difficulties, developmental disabilities, sensory impairments and neurodivergence to learn more about Sensory Tent Pals, a 501(c)(3) that provides a dedicated tent to help individuals engage their senses and provide a safe space for de-escalation of overstimulation during community events! In this session, Sensory Tent Pals Founder Myranda, will share her story, the development and purpose of this program, how we as a community can help build awareness and advocate for sensory tents at events.
