Coffee & Cars at Hard Bean (Silos location in Beaumont)

The August edition of Coffee & Cars at Hard Bean is coming up on Saturday, August 15th. Suggested starting time is 9 AM but we all know that is very flexible. I am there by 8 AM. As y'all are aware we had a huge turnout in July. The parking lot was crowded but we still have room for more if we park wisely. A couple of businesses did complain that we took up some of their prime customer parking spots. More of the businesses in the Silos are now open on Saturdays now so I have purchased some more traffic cones to mark off where we CANNOT park. It is essentially the parking row immediately in front of an open business. Some of the businesses are Creative Quilting, United Built Homes, Papa T's Barber Shop and another new business I forget. Anyway, if you see orange cones and/or signs that say customer parking only, please respect them. We need to keep good relations with the businesses, so we don't wear out our welcome. Last item: There was one person that thought it was a good idea to do a burnout in the parking lot last month. All of us must have ZERO tolerance for this. There are many children and slow-moving elderly folks like me there too. This sort of thing will get us shut down permanently. None of us want to see that, I'm sure. Please come out and have a good time, enjoy the cars and make new friends and catch up with old friends as always. Thank you.
