Coffee and Art Workshop
Join us for a fun and creative coffee and art workshop where teamwork and humor take center stage! Attendees will be divided into groups of three and tasked with drawing different parts of the same artwork. Once completed, each group will present their collaborative masterpiece to everyone, resulting in humorous and unexpected creations.
Whether you're an art enthusiast or just looking for a unique way to enjoy coffee with friends, this workshop promises laughter, creativity, and a memorable experience. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to connect and create at Cobden Chambers!
What will happen during the event?
- When you first arrive, you'll be greeted with a complimentary coffee courtesy of The Hidden Brew Coffee Shop, and then shown to your seat where you'll find all the drawing equipment you could ever need.
- After being split into 3 groups, your group will pick an item to draw, and each of you will draw 1 of 3 sections of this drawing.
- At the end of the session, your groups drawings will be pieced together, and shown to the rest of the workshop, hopefully resulting in some fun and unique creations.
The event will be run by Nottingham local artist James Marshall, alongside The Drawing Room Gallery and The Hidden Brew Coffee Shop.

Meet & Greet + Free Coffee
Info: You will arrive at The Drawing Room Gallery, where you'll be shown to a seat and provided with your complimentary coffee.
🕑: 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Grouping and Selecting Item to draw
Info: You will be split into groups of three, and you'll pick an item to draw.
🕑: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Drawing time
Info: You'll have an hour to draw your chosen item, with tips from James Marshall.
🕑: 12:30 PM - 01:00 PM
Short Break
Info: There will be a quick break for refreshments and snacks.
🕑: 01:00 PM - 02:00 PM
Presentation to Group
Info: Your group will present your collaborative drawing to the rest of the workshop.
