COED Textile free Yoga

Welcome to the COED naturist Textile Free Yoga class

Join us for a unique experience of textile free yoga in the beautiful city of Arvada.

Let go of all inhibitions and practice yoga in your most natural state. This event is all about embracing your body and finding inner peace without the distractions of clothing.

Slow vinyasa flow class with more time in poses, allowing us to savor the spaciousness and sensation of our yoga practice.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this event is open to all levels. Come as you are and connect with yourself and nature in a whole new way. Don't miss out on this liberating and empowering event!

Currently we will meet indoors, but as weather permites we will move outside!

Must be over 18 to attend.

Class size limit 8 people

Yoga will be each Sunday, alternating bi-weekly men only/co-ed taught by Eric, an RYT-200 trauma-informed yoga teacher, who offers an all-levels textile-free yoga experience to foster safety, mindfulness, and joy.
