A coed song and drum circle to come together to harmonize & integrate the energies we’ve been immersed in all month with intuitive song & the beat of the drum! Extra drums, rattles and instruments are available, please feel free to bring your own as well! Floor cushions, pillows, chairs, and couch are available for seating. energized water, and herbal tea are always available at the center, feel free to bring a reusable or water bottle.All ages are welcomed at the wellness center, minimum $20 donation.
