**Cody Marlowe with special guest Ryan Moore live at Eddie's Attic!**American born singer-songwriter and roots-rock artist Cody Marlowe found his inspiration at an early age in the soulful sounds of B.B. King, Merle Haggard, and The Allman Brothers Band. In the north Georgia town of Clermont, Cody was born into a musical family. At a young age, Marlowe was taught piano by his great-aunt and his mother, guitar from his grandpa and uncle, and was influenced vocally by his grandma, aunt, mother, and sister. Katie (sister) sings live with Cody on stage and on many recordings. Cody has played in Georgia and the American Southeast for over fifteen years, performing in popular venues such as Eddie’s Attic, Smiths Olde Bar, Crimson Moon, and many others. Marlowe’s songs explore the polarities of good and evil in an intriguing blend of lyrics featuring lost loves and hopeful musings.

*Ryan Moore*
Ryan Moore is an Atlanta based musician who has played alongside Pony Bradshaw, Katie Toupin (Houndmouth), Tyler Key and Strangers, No Yonder, Cody Marlowe, and others. While Ryan is certainly no stranger to the stage, standing front and center with guitar in hand is new territory for him. Born into a family of musicians, Moore started behind the drum kit as soon as he could hold sticks. After more than a decade of hard work across thousands of gigs and studio sessions, Ryan has established himself as an in demand collaborator in the Georgia music community.
Holding down the backbeat behind some of the South’s greatest tunesmiths ultimately inspired Moore to step out from behind the drum set to pursue a project focused on his own songwriting. In June of 2023, Moore released his debut EP, ‘Rotten Dealin’ with the help of fellow Pony Bradshaw bandmate Robert Green who served as engineer and co-producer. Recorded almost entirely in Green’s laundry room, there’s an intimate rawness to the record that complements the delicate twang behind Moore’s lyrics.
Tirelessly driven from one artistic pursuit to the next, Moore is currently plotting his next release as he tours the country with Pony Bradshaw, playing such famed stages as The Ryman, Gruene Hall, Pappy and Harriet’s, Lollapalooza, and many others.
