Our programs are designed exclusively for women who love to dance, move, and express themselves through a feminine blend of high-energy choreography and hot girl fits! Whatever you put your toes in, high heels, or hip-hop-inspired sneakers.

HEELS with JAY. Leopard & Leather

Step into a world where every movement is a statement and every step is infused with confidence. Our high heel dance programs are curated to empower women through the art of graceful BUT fierce choreography. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or taking your first steps, our girl Jay will guide you in mastering the art of dancing in heels, enhancing your skills, and boosting your self-confidence! This time around we are pulling out our inner bad ass rocker babe! She's the girl in leather with the leopard print and she's here to OWN the party!

Program Includes:::

9 weeks of training to complete a full HEELS ROUTINE with your girl gang.

1 fun filled FILM DAY with our PROFESSIONAL VIDEOGRAPHER to film your hot new MUSIC VIDEO with your new besties.

OPPORTUNIY to PERFORM on a LIVE STAGE with the gang!

SNEAKERS with Ari. 00' THROWBACK

Feel the rhythm, embrace the beats, and let the music guide your every move, as we boogie into the world of FEMININE hip-hop-inspired dance. Ari's choreography allows you to explore your creativity and express your individuality, while she helps you find your groove in your sneakers. And YES, sneakers are sensual, sexy and full of sass too! Get ready for a 2000's THROWBACK! When music videos were on MTV, Christina got Dirrty, Snoop told us to Drop It Like its HOT and Destiny's Child was our favourite girl gang. The good old days...

Program Includes:::

9 weeks of training to learn a FULL SNEAKERS ROUTINE.

1 FUN filled film day with our PROFESSIONAL VIDEOGRAPHER to film your own Missy Elliott worthy MUSIC VIDEO.

OPPORTUNITY to PERFORM on stage like its the 2001 VMAs and you're Britney Spears! (we suggest you youtube it ;) )

Beginner/ Intermediate-You're new to dancing, you kinda danced as a kid, you've done a few rounds of Codettes--Thursdays @730pm

ADVANACED-You could have been on the show Dance Moms next to JoJo Siwa--Thursdays @830pm
