The Black Girl Leadership Retreat serves as a powerful platform amplifying the unique challenges Black girls and women face in today’s sociopolitical climate. This retreat creates a dynamic and healing space where truth-telling is met with care and support, offering both personal growth and collective strength. We are committed to cultivating intergenerational dialogue that bridges the wisdom of our elders with the vision of our youth, fostering a community of healing, empowerment, and resilience.

Through workshops, conversations, and hands-on leadership training, participants will build a united front for advocacy and action, creating a lasting impact across the Southwest and beyond. Together, we will shape a movement that not only uplifts Black girls and women but also builds the next generation of leaders ready to tackle societal change with courage, compassion, and a shared commitment to justice.
