Friday December 6, 2024, 1-4 pm. 3 hours required.

Code of Ethics for REALTORS class, 1-4 pm. Works as CE and Post-license renewal credits for 2024. Also works as NAR ethics requirements. We will send Certificate of Completion to you and your board of REALTORS.

We will be using newly updated 2023 Code of Ethics from NAR. We will send certificate of completion to your Board.

Minimum class size of 3 needs to be met to hold class.

If attending on ZOOM:

Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. Also need to have reliable high-speed internet access. Zoom app works on PC, MAC, tablets, and smart phones. All remote access fees waived. Zoom invitation emailed separately with class handouts. Please contact Carol’s Classes LLC with questions.

If attending in class:

Class in basement of Rushmore Building Room #B4. Carol's Classes LLC, 2040 West Main Street, Rapid City SD 57702.

As vaccines are readily available, we do not require masks or social distancing. Please use ZOOM if you do not feel well or have recently been exposed.

All credit card fees non-refundable. Please let us know if you need accommodations for disability.

TRANSFER POLICY:

You may transfer to a new class. If the new class is the same price, or more, you will be charged the difference in payment. Eventbrite does not refund overpayment so contact us directly before transferring. Credit card fees are non-refundable.
