Our event is in honor of and to show thanks to all those who have served in the United States Armed Forces. American Legion Post 182, the primary host of the event, was founded in 1946 and has celebrated with an event and parade for more than 20 years. This event includes a 9:30am Memorial remembrance ceremony at the Historic Charlotte Jane Memorial Cemetery; a 10:00am parade starting at Plaza and Charles Ave; and lastly a community gathering at Armbrister Park with the Junkanoo Band and many Food vendors offering a variety of food including Bahamian conch fritters, BBQ, Roasted Corn, Candy apples, baked treats, Icees and so much more.This is the only City of Miami sponsored Veterans Day Parade.

9:00am – Memorial Remembrance Ceremony at Charlotte Jane Memorial Cemetery, 3650 Charles Ave, Miami, FL 33133
10:00am – Parade through Coconut Grove starting at Plaza Street and Charles Ave to Armbrister Park
Food vendors will be at Armbrister Park 9am- 2pm.
