Orchard Baptist Church hosts cocoa nights every Christmas season for those visiting Candy Cane Lane. This year we are welcoming vendors alongside this already popular event. We are doing it for one night only on Saturday, December 21st from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM at 301 N. Orchard Avenue in Vacaville. Event will be held rain or shine. Please note that all booth fees are nonrefundable-for any reason. Booth fees are $30. All spots are outdoors and are first come, first serve. Each vendor is responsible for providing his/her own booth including tables and chairs. Pop up tents for booths are recommended.
Set up will start on Saturday evening at 3:30 PM. You do not have to get here at 3:30, but you must be fully set up by 5:00 when the event starts. Do not break down your booth prior to 8:00.
Please note that this is a church and any items brought to be sold must be appropriate. Any items that are not will be asked to be taken down.
We will try our best to take 1 type of vendor for each product sold (e.g. only 1 vendor with crochet items, 1 vendor who sells Scentsy, etc.).
