Hooligans SC is excited to announce the revival of the CCB Scooter Rally! Year one (2026) will be a small but fun raly. The hope is to grow this rally into a must-attend event over the next couple of years. For now, we'll have some fun rides, great stops along the way, and some swag—patches and more.
Route will be a recreation of the 2011 rally.
