Join us for Cocktails & Connections: Manage Your Energy, Not Your Time, a free networking event hosted by the Leadership Foundation for Women and sponsored by Windstream. This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with fellow women leaders while exploring new strategies for personal and professional growth.

We’re thrilled to welcome Kim Worlow, an experienced leadership coach, who will guide us through a transformative one-hour program. Kim will share her insights on shifting the focus from time management to energy management—empowering attendees to take control of their leadership journeys. She will explore the consequences of fixating on not having enough time and introduce actionable methods for managing energy to achieve a more balanced, satisfying life.

Through this interactive session, participants will discover their own Success Formula to manage stress effectively, make purposeful decisions on where to focus, and ultimately enhance their satisfaction both professionally and personally.
