Join us after dusk in the parking lot right next to Cocktails After Dusk on Monday, August 11th, 2025, from 7 PM to 10 PM(ish).

We'll have a playground of sponsor spirit tasting booths pouring out perfectly batched cocktails, plus a delicious lineup of local small food businesses ready to fuel your fun (food for purchase, of course!). A welcome cocktail crafted by the masters at Cocktails After Dusk as you step through the gates.
A sample from each of the six competing mixologists' creations – yes, you get to taste what the champions are shaking up!

The Competition: A New Fight Night Format!
We're switching things up to make this Title-Belt Championship even more intense and intimate!
Instead of a mad dash to make drinks for everyone, the six competitors will be creating their masterpieces live for a dedicated panel of four judges. You, the audience, won't miss out though! Each competitor will have pre-batched 2-3 ounce samples of their competition cocktail available for you to taste, so you can judge right along with the pros.
Each bartender will step into the spotlight one at a time, with a strict 15-minute limit to craft and serve their drink to the judges. To keep everyone on their toes, each competitor will be randomly assigned a spirit before the day of the competition, ensuring a truly dynamic and unpredictable showdown!
