This is a one-hour class that includes one Point cocktail and starts promptly at 3 pm. This is what you will learn:

How is this class different from Craft Bartender 101?
• Both CB101 and The Essentials would be considered a crash course, but the Essentials class is done in 1/2 the time by stripping away a lot of the foundational work, like how spirits are made, the history behind the cocktail culture, and what to stock in your bar. Leaving behind what most bartenders ought to know when it comes down to making a cocktail. There will be less time for samples and no charcuterie at this event.
