Cocktail Class Experience with International Tapas

Enjoy an evening of coursed cocktail creating paired with delectable cuisine inspired by Mediterranean, Tex-Mex and Caribbean influences. We'll create three unique spirited drinks and be served three pairings of smaller entrees including a Mediterranean veggie bowl, smoked turkey southwest street tacos, sweet and spicy jerk chicken satay and more. Our fresh, light bites will be freshly created and served onsite by Chef Shandy in the Nashville Craft Beverage & Food Co mobile kitchen.

Mediterranean Veg Bowl: Marinated artichoke hearts, chickpeas, black olives, pan roasted zucchini and tomatoes tossed in an herb infused lemon balsamic. Served atop warm quinoa riced cauliflower mix with fresh basil finish paired with an Aperol Spritz.

Sweet and Spicy Jerk Chicken Satay:Pulled roasted chicken rolled in our house blend of jerk spices and served with our Caribbean-style salsa, crispy tortilla and banana chips paired with a Rum Punch.

Southwest Turkey Street Tacos:2 Flour street tacos grilled and filled with smoked turkey breast, black beans, corn, marinated red onions, avocado, house green sauce and finished with fresh cilantro paired with a Classic Margarita.

-Breaks in between each drink for you to enjoy your drinks, company and photobooth
