In this class, you will taste the OG Green Chartreuse alongside a lineup of herbal counterparts and alternatives, including Pagès Verveine du Velay Verte, Bordiga Centum Herbis, and Faccia Brutto Centerbe. We'll also feature Chartreuse Végétal as an aromatic accent or tasting component where appropriate. Then we’ll put those flavors to work by making three cocktails together, each designed to show a different side of this vibrant, alpine flavor fam.
