In this hands-on class, guests will make 3 cocktails, while they taste, learn, and build drinks in a guided experience designed to be both fun and approachable.

Before the pandemic, actor Alan Arkin gave his son Matthew the idea to make an aquavit. When Matthew shared his first batch with friends Bruce and Marc, they felt they had something special. After many attempts to find the right balance of spice, citrus, and botanicals, they landed on the perfect blend on the 22nd try. That inspired the name Batch 22, a nod to Matthew’s father and his role in Catch-22.
