Cocktail 101: Hands-On Cocktail Class

Hosted by Andrea Hodgdon of William Grant & Sons, this Cocktail 101 class is designed for anyone who wants to learn the fundamentals of crafting classic cocktails while enjoying a relaxed, social atmosphere.

During the class, guests will work in teams of two to learn how to properly build and balance three classic cocktails featured on the class sheet:

• Gimlet
• Elderflower Spritz
• Old Fashioned

Andrea will guide the group through essential bartending techniques including proper measuring, balancing citrus and sweetness, and building cocktails the way professionals do behind the bar.

Throughout the evening, guests will rotate through our pop-up cocktail bar stations, mixing drinks together and learning tips you can easily recreate at home.
