About this Event

The Cochise County Drug Summit will help stakeholders across Cochise County fully understand the drug crisis we face and how it effects our communities.

The current agenda looks like this:

The morning begins with key note speaker Sam Quinones, journalist and author of Dreamland and The Least of Us.

Presentations by Cochise Addiction Recovery Partners, Cochise Harm Reducation, Drug Enforcement Agency, Cochise Overdose Fatality Review, and Cochise County School Superintendents Office will follow, providing Cochise County specific detail to what is happening at the local level.

We'll also hear from people with lived-experiences; in recovery, in addiction, from a youth perspective and from the family-of-an-addict perspective.

The afternoon is when all of your great minds work together to determine how, as community, we move the needle toward hope for a better future in Cochise County.

The final agenda is still a work-in-progress.
