The time for Cobra Breath is upon us!
Prerequisites for Initiation
- Completion of Kriya Jyoti Tantric Yoga Level I (also known as Seven Breaths to a New Life)
- 120 days (non-consecutive) of practice
- Completion of Babaji Yantra exercise*
- Completion of Babaji Mantra exercise*
- Being of sound mental, emotional and energetic condition. If you feel exceptionally stirred by the Level I practices or if you feel any concern regarding your preparedness for Cobra Breath and Initiation, please reach out to me at [email protected]
- Oath of Silence. You agree to not share Cobra Breath technique with anyone without the express written permission of Jeffrey Boehme
*Note: upon registration, you will receive pdf instructions and templates for the Babaji Yantra and Mantra exercises.
