Join our founder and expert forager Dan Scott on a seashore scavenge to forage for coastal plants and hunt down the very best of our Dorset seaweed in Studland Bay.
Dan has extensive foraging experience and has worked with the likes of Gordon Ramsay, John Torode and Paul Ainsworth and been featured on SKY, BBC, CH4 and ITV.
This is your opportunity to join him to gain his wild food wisdom on this coastal foraging course. Pull in pots and hunt out razor clams. Learn what wild species are edible, how to harvest them, their medicinal properties and how you can prepare wild food for eating.
