Coaching for Clinicians Workshop

You are invited to ‘Coaching for Clinicians’ workshop taking place on Wednesday 8th May from 1:30pm to 5 pm, Lecture Theatre 3, Alder Hey Institute in the Park.

It will be a face-to-face session facilitated by Dr Glenn Russell (Executive coach and former Medical Director, Liverpool Heart &Chest Hospital), Dr Tolu Awogbemi (General paediatrician and coach at Alder Hey Hospital) and Mrs Carolyn Cowperthwaite(Executive coach with senior nursing leadership experience)

This workshop is designed for Medical Directors, Clinical Directors, Educational Supervisors, appraisers, team leaders and anyone who wants to put purpose into their everyday conversations.

Attendees will learn about the principles of coaching and the application to:

• Performance reviews and appraisal
• Time management
• Conversations about difficult interpersonal relationships with peers.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to practice using key coaching principles and basic coaching models.

The workshop will be held at Lecture Theatre 3, Alder Hey Institute in the Park on Wednesday 8th May 2024 from 1:30 -5pm.
