Welcome to Coaching Circles!

Join us at Room 308 for an hour of insightful conversations and personal growth.

Coaching circles are a great way to share perspectives on problems or challenges, helping us develop critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, and helping us reflect on solutions.

Come to the meeting armed with a problem and related goal to a people management issue. Within the circle your peers will ask open-ended questions to help you explore the reality of the situation and generate possible options.
