In celebration of International Coaching Week, join us for a special themed Coaching Café: From Perfection to Excellence: Coaching Clients Beyond Perfectionism.

Perfectionism often masquerades as high standards, ambition, or commitment to quality—yet beneath the surface, it can limit growth, undermine confidence, and keep clients stuck in fear-based patterns of striving.

This engaging and interactive Coaching Café will explore the distinction between perfectionism and healthy excellence, the underlying drivers and costs of perfectionistic thinking, and how coaches can support clients in shifting toward more sustainable, values-aligned forms of achievement and growth.

Designed as both a meaningful professional conversation and a social opportunity to connect with fellow coaches, this session will include interactive discussion, shared reflection, and time for community connection as we celebrate International Coaching Week together.
