This coaching retreat is specifically tailored to support you with your unique goals and personal challenges. 

You'll benefit from my expertise, insight and support plus time away from “normal life” to gain a new perspective.

Over the course of 2 days, we will work together to identify and understand your strengths, and determine how to use them to your best advantage. We will also discuss any challenges you may be facing, and plan out a strategy and timeline to reach your goals, even help you identify your goals if you’re not feeling clear. 

This exclusive small group coaching retreat will help you stay focused, while gaining insight into yourself, your career and how to catapult your success.

What is included in the retreat package?

Before the retreat

A 30 minute Zoom conversation around your hopes and expectations from the sessions so that I can create a bespoke programme for our small group.

Day One

• Morning tea from 9am
• Lunch
• Afternoon tea
• Dinner
• Coaching conversations and exercises throughout the day beginning at 9.30am
• Overnight stay and access to spa facilities

Day Two

• Breakfast
• Spa treatment (choosing from, a back and neck massage,  freestyle deep-tissue massage, elemis pro-glow booster facial or elemis intensely cleansing salt scrub)
• Yoga 
• Lunch
• Afternoon tea
• Coaching conversations, reflections from day one and actions to take away finishing around 4pm

After the retreat

One month of WhatsApp or Email support for any questions and check-ins to keep you on track. 

For the first two of these brand new retreat packages, the usual investment is reduced by more than £500 (normally £1,500) to 3 x payments of £325 (plus VAT). 

You can reserve your place now with the first payment of £325 plus VAT and you will receive an invoice for the balance which can be paid over one or two months.
