Coachella Valley Symphony Presents "Pixar in Concert"

The Coachella Valley Symphony presents a FREE concert celebrating 25 years of the music and animation of Disney and Pixar films on Saturday, April 20 at 7:30PM. Pixar in Concert will feature music and visuals from 15 classics, including Pixar’s inaugural full-length computer animated film “Toy Story” (1995), and the Academy Award®-winning films “Finding Nemo,” “The Incredibles,” “Ratatouille,” “WALL-E,” “Up,” and “Coco.”

With full-scale cinematic visuals projected above live musical performances by the Coachella Valley Symphony, this memorable program features score highlights by Oscar® and Grammy®-winning composers Randy Newman (“Toy Story” films, “Monster Inc.,” “Monster University,” “Cars”) and Michael Giacchino (“The Incredibles,” “Incredibles 2,” “Ratatouille,” “Up,” “Inside Out,” “Coco”), plus music by Thomas Newman (“Finding Nemo,” “Finding Dory,” “WALL-E”). Pixar in Concert is presented by the Coachella Valley Symphony Orchestra, conducted by John Mario and will be performed at the Rancho Mirage Amphitheater on Saturday, April 20 at 7:30PM.

ABOUT DISNEY CONCERTS

The mission of the Coachella Valley Symphony is to perpetuate live symphony music and to provide public performance venues for both accomplished youth and adult musicians, to provide symphonic music education to young emerging musicians and to support diversity among individuals and within music presentations.
