o Community Campers are required to meet at 83053 Ave 48, Coachella, CA 92236 (Walmart) at 10:30 AM on April 18th for a collective entry into the festival grounds. The group departure is scheduled for 11:00 AM.

o Renters booking a community camp must arrive at the designated Walmart location and prepare to enter the venue as a group, accompanied by Best in Tents LLC (“Company”) staff. This collective entry is crucial for organized setup and placement within the festival grounds.

o To facilitate a timely departure and setup, renters planning to shop at Walmart before heading to the venue are advised to arrive by 10:00 AM. The planned departure time from Walmart to the venue is 11:00 AM.

Late Arrival Policy:

• Renters of community camps arriving after the 12:00 noon grace period will incur an additional fee of $250 to convert their booking into a private camp arrangement.
• Upon payment, late arrivals will be afforded the flexibility of private camp check-in, with setup services provided upon arrival, subject to the conditions applicable to private camp bookings.

Check-out Procedure:

• The responsibility for the equipment concludes upon departure from the campsite. Renters must vacate by 10 am on April 22, 2024.
