Coach Party grew up on the Isle of Wight. Musically, Coach Party are inspired by a broad palate of artists, but always find themselves drawn back to Nirvana, Sonic Youth and The Strokes, and contemporary artists like Wolf Alice, The Big Moon and Tame Impala. Ultimately though, Coach Party’s primary drive to write and perform music comes from “the often entertaining struggle of real life.”
GIRLBAND! are a new alternative three-piece from Nottingham. Georgie, Kay and Jada are a formidable force for good, a dynamic group that pull on influences from the 50s to the 90s, from music to skating, from Elvis to the personal and the social. Musically they are a thrill.
Dirty, feral, and cute as a button. That’s enough about our resident copywriter, but hey, it’s also a great way to describe the Boom Boomers as nobody is calling them. Punk af riot grrrrllls grooves with an incredible stage presence. Simply awesome.
