The Pueblo West Committee of Architecture (COA) is charged with enforcing the Declarations of Reservations that was recorded on all lots when each subdivision was created and recorded. If you did not receive a copy when you closed on your home, you can pick up a printed copy at our office, 63 E Spaulding Ave in Pueblo West.
Committee of Architecture meetings take place the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of each month. Because of the holidays in Nov & Dec there will only be one meeting that takes place the second Thursday of Nov & Dec.
