We’re opening our doors with a co-working open day to welcome you into Kama, our wellness-centered co-working sanctuary in West LA. Whether you’re a creative, entrepreneur, healer, or remote worker tired of the isolation of working from home, this is your space to land.

A one-day pass for your body, mind, and mission.

• 🔥 A 30-minute sauna + cold plunge session to reset your system
• 🧘 A midday wellness reset at 12:30 (breathing, movement, light yoga) to restore your energy
• 💻 Full access to our bright, beautiful workspace and lounge areas from 8am–6pm

Little About Nikki:

Nikki moved from the UK to LA in 2011 and found her acting career rapidly turning into a journey of growth and self discovery.She has found healing in a variety of practices including dance and movement, reiki, sound healing, yoga, and kundalini activation.

Her work and love of healing dance began back in 2014 in a movement for actors class, then Nikki trained as a Reiki practitioner in 2017-2020, 500 hour Yoga teacher in 2021, and Kundalini Activation practitioner and Groove facilitator in 2022.

She has spent the last 2 years focusing on her beautiful baby daughter and gives thanks to her healing practices for preparing her (somewhat!) for that journey.

Nikk's Wellness Reset:

Groove classes use a variety of different music styles with a facilitator guiding few simple choreographed steps, plus plenty of opportunities to express your own style and movements.
