Violet Oaklander, dr, światowej sławy terapeutka Gestalt dla dzieci i młodzieży, autorka i trenerka, często powtarzała: „istnieją tylko dwa powody, dla których ludzie zgłaszają się na terapię – trudności z nawiązywaniem kontaktu i brak silnego poczucia siebie”. Podczas naszego dwudniowego spotkania na żywo w Warszawie zbadamy, jak kwestie związane z kontaktem i poczuciem siebie wpływają na wszystkie aspekty terapii Gestalt z dziećmi, młodzieżą i ich rodzicami. Połączymy prezentację, demonstrację, pracę w małych grupach oraz kreatywny proces projekcyjny z wykorzystaniem rysunków i kart obrazkowych. Uczestnicy będą mieli okazję powrócić do niektórych swoich wczesnych doświadczeń życiowych i przetworzyć je, aby wnieść większą świadomość i wsparcie do pracy z młodymi klientami. Omówimy również etapy procesu terapeutycznego Modelu Oaklander; podstawy identyfikacji i ekspresji emocjonalnej; Jak skutecznie przeprowadzić pierwszą sesję z dziećmi/młodzieżą i rodzicami; oraz co oznacza budowanie relacji Ja-Ty z młodymi klientami, pomimo oczywistych różnic hierarchicznych związanych z wiekiem, wzrostem, wykształceniem i postrzeganym statusem. Szkolenie to łączy teorię z doświadczeniem praktycznym, a wszystkie godziny można zaliczyć na poczet certyfikacji Violet Solomon Oaklander.

Lynn Stadler jest psychoterapeutką Gestalt i licencjonowaną terapeutką małżeńską i rodzinną pracującą w prywatnej praktyce z dziećmi, młodzieżą, dorosłymi i rodzinami w Santa Barbara w Kalifornii. Jest absolwentką Santa Barbara Gestalt Training Center i ukończyła intensywne szkolenie w Violet Oaklander Institute. Lynn jest członkiem założycielem i członkiem rady doradczej Violet Solomon Oaklander Foundation (VSOF). What Brings Children and Adolescents into Therapy? How Loss of Contact and Fragile Sense of Self are the Fuel, Data, and Map for Integration and Healing
Violet Oaklander Ph.D, world-renown child and adolescent Gestalt therapist, author, and trainer often said "there's only two reasons that people come into therapy — some difficulty with making Contact and not having a strong Sense of Self." In our two days together live in Warsaw we'll explore how issues related to Contact and Sense of Self inform all aspects of Gestalt therapy with children, adolescents, and their parents. We'll combine presentation, demonstration, small group work, and creative projective process using drawings and picture cards. Participants will have an opportunity to re-visit and process some of their early life experiences, so they can bring increased awareness and more self support to their work with young clients. We'll also cover the steps of the Oaklander Model therapeutic process; fundamentals of emotional identification and expression; how to successfully conduct the first session with children/adolescents and parents; and what it means to create an
I-Thou relationship with young clients despite the obvious hierarchical differences of age, size, education, and perceived status. This training combines theory and first-hand experience, and all hours may be applied toward Violet Solomon Oaklander certification.

The workshop is intended for psychotherapists, psychologists, students of psychotherapy schools and anyone interested in deepening their work with children and young people using the Gestalt approach.
Facilitator:
Lynn Stadler is a Gestalt psychotherapist and licensed Marriage Family Therapist working in private practice with children, adolescents, adults, and families in Santa Barbara, California. She is a graduate of the Santa Barbara Gestalt Training Center, and she completed intensive training with the Violet Oaklander Institute. Lynn is a founding member and advisory board member of the Violet Solomon Oaklander Foundation (VSOF). She provides workshops, seminars, and training for social service agencies, universities and other teaching organizations worldwide — online and in-person — and most recently for participants in the Czech Republic, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine, Georgia, Peru, Mexico, Brazil, Kyrgyzstan, Slovenia, and the USA. Lynn is also a member of the International Association for the Advancement of Gestalt Therapy (IAAGT) and the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
