Marcile Powers, Nonviolent Communication trainer and candidate for Resonant Healing Practitioner, will facilitate a class at Neuroplasicity St. Pete on co-regulation and how it leads to secure attachment. The class will discuss the importance of the vagus nerve in relational neuroscience. This class is ideal for caregivers of all ages and those in intimate relationships. If you struggle to stay out of the ‘trigger bubble’ when your partner, child, or aging parent is stimulated, this is a great opportunity to leave with some strategies for self-resonance and empathy.
