Co-production Event - West Essex

We Value your Voice!

Here at Vita Health Care, we continue to review and research the ways in which we communicate within the community we serve.

We are organising a participation event within every NHS service we offer and would be delighted if would have time to attend.

We will update you on our service within your area, we will then ask you for feedback to several questions regarding Mental Health Support within our community.

This data will then be collated and assist us in tailoring our service for its users moving forward.

To gain a full insight and the idea of co-production itself, we want to hear from different people within the community - whether you work with/within mental health services or have/have needed to access the service.
