Co-occurring Disorders in Peer-Assisted Recovery Services

Explores how mental health disorders may cause an increased use of substances, and conversely, how substance use may increase the severity of mental health symptoms. A look into how Medic*tion-assisted treatment of SUD, individual and group therapy and support groups can provide a holistic approach to harm reduction and recovery.
