Join us at Banyen Books for an in-person book signing celebrating Co-Leadership: How Modern Leaders Share Power, Build Trust, and Shape the Future Together, with six of the book’s contributing authors. The era of the lone “hero leader” is changing, and Co-Leadership explores a more collaborative approach to leadership, one rooted in shared power, trust, accountability, and the ways we show up for one another.

Through six essential spheres, Self-Leadership, Trust, Power, Direction, Collaboration, and Legacy, the book offers a practical and reflective framework for making shared leadership workable and sustainable. Drawing on lived leadership experiences, practical tools, and guided inquiry, the authors explore how leaders can move beyond hierarchy, controlling behaviour, burnout, and performative leadership toward cultures of greater collaboration and relational integrity.

Joining us for the signing are Ashli Komaryk, Jeannette Austin, Teresa Walker, Cheri Courtorielle, Maggie Reidy, and Adera Angelucci, whose backgrounds span leadership coaching, organizational development, municipal government, consulting, facilitation, speaking, entrepreneurship, and community building. Together, they bring a wide range of lived experience to the challenges and possibilities of leading collaboratively.
