Blue Ridge Taekwondo invites you to a special Co-Ed Self-Defense Seminar on Saturday, September 13, 1:30–3:30 PM at our 1340 Tunnel Rd., East Asheville location.In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll focus on:
Accessible, practical techniques for quick release and escape
Recognizing and responding to common real-life situations
The role of martial arts in building confidence and self-protection skills
This seminar is designed for adults of all experience levels — no prior martial arts training required.
