About this Event
Author and mental health advocate Carla Irakoze, fresh off the release of her book A Heart Trying to Stop the Bleeding, will lead a discussion on the path back to selfhood and how women can learn to cultivate their journeys together. Through this discussion, women will help each other identify how to co-create joy in everyday moments as they seek solutions in their personal and professional lives.
Victoria Rutledge, Yoga and Movement instructor will join the conversation to share ways to incorporate movement as a physical and mental health practice. She will share specific techniques and practices that are simple and easy to do even within the most time-constrained schedule.
Lunch will be provided. Space is limited. Please where comfortable clothing.
