CMS Care Fair 2025

Community Medical Services (CMS) invites you to our first ever CMS Care Fair, a free event designed to connect community members with vital services and support, all in one welcoming space.

📅 Date: September 24, 2025🕚 Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM📍 Location: CMS Exposition Clinic, 14300 E Exposition Ave, Aurora, CO 80012

At the Care Fair, you’ll find on-site services, interactive activities, and immediate support in areas such as:

• Healthcare and Screenings
• Housing and Employment Resources
• Recovery and Behavioral Health Support
• Practical Services like application help, haircuts, and more

Our goal is to make it easy for community members, including those experiencing homelessness, to access real time help and resources that reduce barriers, foster connection, and promote overall well being.

This event is free, open to the public, and focused on creating lasting community impact.
