CM7 SPARQ is a scientific research based curriculum that improves and athlete's Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, Quickness and balance. CM7 SPARQ sessions are designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a positive, challenging and highly successful environment.
We place a high priority on sprinting technique, athletic coordination, balance, relative/functional strength, acceleration and deceleration during change of direction, and injury prevention.
